Meeting with the high-level managers and staff of the G. D. for EIA, Permitting and Inspection, to inform about the current Permit System, the Twinning Project, last progresses, and next steps.

On the 13th of October of 2011 a meeting was held by the IPPC Twinning Team with the high-level managers and staff of the G. D. for EIA, Permitting and Inspection, to inform about the following topics:
-Current Environmental Permit System (by Mr. Yalcin Karaca, Head of the Coordination Division within the Permits and Licenses Department).
-Twinning Project, last progresses, and next steps (by Mrs. Ece Tok and Mr. César Seoánez, RTA Counterpart and RTA of the Twinning, respectively).
-Draft procedure for integrated environmental permitting and draft by-law (by Mrs. Ece Tok).
37 experts attended the meeting, where the draft of permit procedure was presented and discussed, and information about the draft of Integrated Environmental Permitting By-Law was provided, in order to coordinate the different administrations involved.
After the presentations there was time for questions and answers.
